What is Group Study Exchange?
The GSE program within The Rotary Foundation is a unique exchange opportunity for young business and professional men and women between the ages of 25 and 40 and in the early years of their professional lives.
The program is designed to develop professional and leadership skills, but also to promote international understanding of another nations culture, politics, commerce, government and daily life.
Two Rotary Districts in different parts of the world, agree to exchange teams for a period of four to six weeks. Each team consists of four professional or business people, non-Rotarians. An experienced Rotarian is the fifth member and the leader of the team.
The GSE Team also assumes the vital roll of goodwill ambassadors during it’s stay in the hosting country.
